Privacy

Oink adds up subscription revenue from Stripe and RevenueCat into one number. To do that it needs read access to your payment accounts, and it keeps as little as possible. This page explains what that means in practice.

What we keep about you

• Your email address, your name and, if you sign in with GitHub or Google, the avatar those services give us.
• Your settings: theme, notification sound and how you want ending subscriptions counted.
• The projects you create, who you invited to them, and their role.
• If you subscribe to Pro: your customer and subscription id at Stripe. Card details never touch our servers; Stripe handles payment.

What we keep from your payment accounts

• Daily totals per source and per channel: monthly recurring revenue, active subscriptions, and how many started or ended.
• One line per new, cancelled or reactivated subscription: the amount, the interval, the store and the time.
• No customer list, no customer ids, no payment details and no raw webhook payloads.
• A customer label on those lines, only if you switch it on per project: a first name, a masked email such as j•••@studio.dev, or a country. Never a full email address. Labels are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• The API keys you connect, stored encrypted. They are read-only, we never show them again, and you can disconnect or revoke them at any time.

Where it lives

On one server in Germany, rented from Hetzner. Backups of the database are made daily. We use these other companies, and only for what they are named for:

• Brevo, to send sign-in links and invites.
• Stripe, for our own billing if you go Pro.
• Stripe and RevenueCat, as the sources you connect yourself.
• Frankfurter, for daily exchange rates. No data of yours is sent there.

Cookies

One cookie to keep you signed in, and one to protect forms against abuse. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have your account and everything in it deleted. Mail hello@heyoink.com and we will take care of it. Deleting a project removes its sources, its history and its events with it.
